Alvaro is a IT Graduate and Business Coach, he also obtained his Master in Information Technology Management in the ITESM. He also got his MBA in Thunderbird Business School in USA.

He held management positions in areas of Information Technology for companies from the Financial and Telecommunications industry in Mexico.

He is an entrepreneur in systems and human resources, consultant and business coach, having participated in consultancies for more than 20 financial and insurance companies, pharmacist and government companies in Mexico, USA and Peru. He is the creator of the Certification as International Coach “DEHAC”.

“I have given workshops and conferences on topics related to human development in 6 different countries, as well as more than 240 transformational workshops. I, along with my team, have certified more than 800 coaches in countries like Mexico, United States, Ecuador, Colombia and Peru.”
